Our wine-cellar and restaurant Radniční sklípek is specialized in Czech cuisine which we present in modern style. Gastronomy is our hobby so we care about the high quality. It´s matter-of-course to prepare meals from fresh ingredients. Our objective is to use as much czech ingredients as possible. Venison is supplied by the company from Litoměřice which purchase it directly from local hunters. Fresh trouts and carps are delivered twice a week from Třeboň. Only salmon is not fished in Czech waters but it´s cooled and of the highest quality aswell. Frozen ingredients are used minimally. Everything is homemade and semiproducts are just exceptions.
